In February 2022, we started humbly, selling individual plates on Saturdays and Sundays to friends, family, and neighbors. But even in those early days, something bigger was brewing. Our flavors spoke for themselves — and the community kept coming back for more.

With a vision rooted in excellence and legacy, we quickly grew from weekend plates to hosting intimate events, and before we knew it, we were catering to hundreds of guests — bringing joy, culture, and connection through every dish we served.

The name RJ Creations holds deep meaning. RJ stands for Rahkeem Crowder, a musically gifted “jazzman” whose name represents rhythm, creativity, and soul — the same energy we pour into every bite. Creations reflects the way we approach food: we look at dishes and understand exactly what steps we need to take to execute them the RJ Creations way — with intention, boldness, and heart.

As RJ Creations grew, so did our need to elevate the experience — and that’s when Chef T came into the picture.

A culinary powerhouse with skill, vision, and passion, Chef T helped complete the puzzle. Her expertise in the kitchen took our bold flavors to new heights. Together, we’ve built more than a catering business — we’ve created a full-service culinary brand that brings flavor, elegance, and authenticity to every event we touch.
